My house was a nightmare when I purchased it. The seller did not disclose anything. My children and I lived in a nightmare from 2008-2015 until I was ABLE to refurbish my home in 2015. This house tested our faith, built stronger character, even brought us closer then we already were. It also taught us to hold on through love and prayer. My kids are now all grown, in college, other states and countries beginning their careers. I have already invested in a new roof, cat 5 hurricane impact windows and doors, new electric rewiring, plumping, resurface the pool, ceiling fans, redone bathrooms and kitchen. However, my home is still is in need of some TLC. Need new sod, finish garage, laundry room and treat for termites in the laundry room.
