the roof was replaced in 2004, the hot water heater was replaced this year, and the AC unit was replaced within the last 2-3 years. The home has great bones, but does need updating. The private, in-ground pool, in the fenced backyard can be used as a salt water pool, if desired. Also, according to the owner, the pool pump was replaced with a new pool pump in 2012.
