Tenant must provide proof of employment, clean background check and good standing credit report. It is asked first month, last month and security deposit (no exceptions). Tenant cannot live the security deposit. Tenant is responsible for water and electricity. Also as per association, they require $500 deposit that will be refunded at end of lease if no damage to outside of property and common areas and a one time non-refundable fee of $100 per person living in the property unless married (must provide proof of marriage) if married then it is $100 per couple for processing fee and background check
