We have a 4 bedroom home a short walk from Pacific Lutheran University. It is newly renovated. Rent is $1900 plus $150 per person for all utilities including internet (which comes to $625 per bedroom for everything). The house becomes available graduation day at PLU in 2020 at the end of May.
