Income must be at least 3x the rent ($5,550/month - Requesting at least the last two pay stubs as proof of income). 2. Credit score of 600 or above is highly recommended. 3. No delinquent payments on credit check in the past 2 years. 4. We do run a criminal background check along with a credit check and eviction check.
