So were smoker friendly but we can 100% keep it in our rooms if you prefer that i dont mind. I have a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment. You will have the room connected to the shared shower and sink room and be closest to the kitchen and the bathroom. I have high speed internet which is mainly how we get our tv. Were both quiet and we like to keep to ourselves so no big parties or anything but we do have a good time. (This is for one bedroom) Owner pays for the garbage, water, and recycling. Im not gonna ask anything for utilities like electric or internet itll just be included in the rent. Im asking for a 700$ deposit. No pets, Noone allowed to stay more than a night other than the tenant. There is myself and a friend of mine living here we will all be paying portions of the rent. Thank you! We have a small dog here but it will be kept in my friends room. You must be able to pass a background check (just nothing outrageous) and provide one month worth of paystubs. You will have free access to the refrigerator but please be curteous
