There is shared yard as well a shared laundry facilities (also located in the basement). The apartment has a combined kitchen/living room/bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower only. The apartment has a two nice size windows and is half above ground, so it is fairly bright. There are a number of pipes visible, the ceilings are a little low and the shower is... well... unique:). Included in the furnishings is a twin bed which is at the opposite end of the room as the kitchenette and has large drawers and storage area under the back of the bed. There's also a closet by the bed not shown in the pictures. The furnishings include a desk, small bookcase and table/chairs. We can discuss furniture if you want something different. There are of course a stove and refrigerator in addition to the built-in cabinets and shelves. The apartment is furnished and is $895/month. All utilities are included. I require a 12-month minimum lease, one-month security deposit, and there is a $35 credit check charge if you use my application. The fee is $15 if you use the Zillow application No smoking in the house and pets no pets please. -Convenient to shopping, restaurants (very international!) -Takoma Park Metro is about one and a quarter mile away (I walk it in a brisk 20 minute walk) -Bus stop is a block away.
