The common areas - living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry/storage are all on the first floor. When we designed the home's floorplan we had two single adults in mind. However it could accommodate up to four individuals (two per bedroom). We mow the lawn and we also provide weekly curbside trash/recycling pickup. On this block we maintain two garden areas for tenants to enjoy 802 N State The Queen Smith Garden and at 809 N State The Garden at The Crossing.
