This fantastic home offers truly stunning unobstructed lake views and is conveniently located near downtown New Buffalo which makes for an easy walk to the marina, the Bentwood Tavern, Casey's, The Stray Dog and many wonderful shops. The spacious main level of this home has been made available to guests. From the entry way guests will step into a large open floor plan with wall to wall picture windows which ensures that guests have a view of Lake Michigan no matter which room they are in. The living room has a pitched beamed ceiling, which only adds to the wide open feeling, and plenty of comfortable seating is available from which to enjoy the amazing lake view. A brick gas fireplace separates the living room from the dining room and kitchen. The dining room is furnished with a table for 6, and the kitchen, which was recently remodeled, has new appliance and plenty of counter space including a beautiful butcher block island. Located off of the living room is the master bedroom furnished with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are down the hall to the left of the entryway. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and shares the second bathroom. A third bathroom and laundry center are also located in the hallway. Guests will be thrilled with the outdoor spaces of this home. An enormous four seasons room is accessible from the living room and is furnished with additional tables and chairs for al fresco dining, comfortable patio furniture for lounging as well as beach equipment and children's toys. Additionally there is a patio with plenty of seating and a hot tub from which to watch the awe inspiring sunsets and a yard, landscaped with native dune grass, which overlooks the lake. There is a private beach at the bottom of the bluff, but please note that due to high water levels it is under water and therefore, no longer accessible. This house also has access to the Sunset Shores private association beach, which also varies in size due to lake depth. The fun New Buffalo public beach is also within walking distance, just over 1 mile from the front door.
