Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no smoking or vaping is allowed in the home or on the decks. An additional charge will be applied if any smoking evidence is found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night, as the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley. A maximum of four licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Please do not burn candles or incense in the home and no fireworks are allowed on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. Fines will apply for violations, including leaving garbage in the house or litter on the grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of the hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house or garage, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
