Tenant Prequalification:
Proof of income (Minimum 3 times monthly rental amount)
-Do not owe any other landlord, rental company, or property manager unpaid rent.
-Do not have any utilities in collection or a history of unpaid utilities or rent
-Do not have any felony convictions, violent crime convictions, drug convictions, or evidence of repeat criminal or civil violations or activities.
-Non smoking/vaping in or on the property.
-Maximum 5 residents as named on lease.
-No waterbeds, aquariums, or liquid storage/containment exceeding 5 gallons.
-One pet can be considered on an individual basis.
-Screening for provisional tenant (including all occupants age 18 and older) will be conducted by DRAGNET Credit and Tenant Screening of Ormond Beach, or other professional screening service at provisional tenant's expense.

Owner pays yard care and pest control. Tenant pays utilities. 1st month, last month, and security fee due at signing.
