Tenant is responsible for electric bill. Internet service available from Shentel cable. I prefer a non-smoker but will consider a smoker. This is a no pet rental. This is a 6 month lease but will consider 1 year. Rent in advance each month due on the 1st of each month and late after the 7th with a 5% late fee. Tenant must maintain a tidy yard with no trash or garbage outside. A dumpster site is about 3 miles away.
