There is a lot of additional parking right behind your apartment for guests or other cars. I have never heard anyone say that parking gives them trouble, which is often an issue in many nearby apartment complexes! The floor right below yours has 2 working professional women and a super nice working professional single man on the first floor. :) We are looking for tenants who can blend in nicely to this neighborly set of tenants and won't be super loud themselves. When I first rented this triplex, we had a young couple with two babies rent the middle floor - and those babies going off really early in the morning and sometimes all night really bothered the top and bottom floor, so I realized I needed to find like-minded and like-scheduled folks so that everyone can be happy :). Your apartment also additionally comes with its own huge storage closet for all that extra stuff that otherwise can sometimes clutter a home! (In the main walkway just outside your home and still in the building - meaning it will be temp controlled and easy to get to despite time or weather) This apartment requires a utility+tech package that covers water, garbage, sewer, snow removal, landscaping, additional city taxes and hi-speed internet (!) for an additional $100 a month (we can get all that cheaper for you if we bundle it and keep it consistently tenant to tenant, so that's why we do that). So with a total monthly rent + internet / other utilities bundle coming to $1950 monthly, you then are only responsible for electricity and gas which you would set up in your name when you move in. And I don't charge any other fees / application fee / any of that nonsense. Also deposit is fully refundable. Because it is so new, absolutely no smoking or vaping.
