Pets welcome (except cats because I'm allergic to them), absolutely no smoking, vaping, or ignition of any kind. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM unless otherwise specified. Garage can be made available to vehicles or storage depending on the agreement. Looking to lease for 6 months to a year, renewal with approval of landlord and tenant. If the first year has been great, more than happy to sign for year 2, and so on. Renter is responsible for repairs if they damaged anything and repairs/replacements must be approved by landlord (for instance, if it's a new window, I'll want it run by me first). If property damage occurs by any other means other than the fault of the tenant, I the landlord will agree to pay for it and make sure it's repaired within a reasonable amount of time.
