    NO APPLICATION FEE, NO CREDIT CHECKS, NO BACKGROUND CHECKS This is available October 1st through December 31st. 3 months. This is a 982sqft house, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, full kitchen, laundry room (full size washer & dryer), fully fenced yard, 2+ parking spaces in the driveway. Move in cost is $6,650. That is $2000 flat cost per month rent paid up front (reguardless of how many people, pets, or kids will be living here), plus a $650 refundable deposit held only to cover any unpaid utilities. Since all is paid up front and such a short lease, no credit check or background check will be done and no application fee will be charged. This house is being torn down by a developer January 1st, so it doesnt matter what you do to the house while you live in it, you will be the last tenant. It is a nice house, everything works great, no major damage currently. Therefore there are no restrictions on types or number of pets you can have while here, and no pet rent is charged. There is a fully fenced backyard with a dog door even so your pet can easily go in and out on their own if you want. Or has a cover to close the dog door as well. I am the current tenant, my lease ends September 30th. I am just helping the landlords find a tenant to rent the remainder of the year once I move out. So im happy to show it to you, you can walk through, my schedule is very flexible for appointments. If you like it, we will arrange a time the landlord can meet with you here then to sign the contract with them and pay the move in cost to them directly. It is in a great location, closeby a lot of stores, but also set back in a quiet residential neighborhood. It actually is directly next to the interurban trail, so if you bike thats a great convinience. Also directly across the trail on the other side is Washelli cemetary which has a 1.75 mile long loop around it which is a nice and peaceful quiet place with low traffic for walks if you want. If you commute on public transit, lots of bus lines nearby as well. You do have to pay utilities while here, but the house is heated with an oil furnice and the tank is currently 2/3rds full which should be enough to heat the house the remainder of the year. So youre really just paying a small electric bill, water, sewer, and garbage. The water/sewer/garbage bill is all on 1 bill and comes as a guest bill to the mailbox here for you to pay without having to transfer it into your name. The electric bill will need to be put in your name, but is easy to do. You would also need your own wifi, I currently use tmobile internet which is about $55 per month so fairly cheep and very reliable from my experience here. Currently since im still living in it, there is furniture in the photos, that will all be moved out so its ready for you to move in, and everything will be cleaned before you move in so its nice and ready for you by October 1st.
