Welcome home to new paint, new appliances, new carpet, tons of space, a double-car garage and more. Only one tenant has even lived here since it was built, just about a year ago. When we were shopping for an investment property, I was so drawn to these townhomes bc of the size, the area, the neighbors (we met many of the recent move-ins before buying so that we could know it was a great community ;) and also we loved the master. It is upstairs through a sort of open lofty area. You walk through double doors to your master. The closet is large and open and the bathroom has a double sink vanity and a large shower with euro glass. I also liked the dark cabinet colors that really pop against the white countertops. There are some things I don't love - the builder grade lights, the boring faucet, etc - and I would love to work with you to add additional nice touches if you have input on improvements you'd like - let's make this awesome. I love the home and want whoever lives there to love it too. We included the basement in the square footage. It's not finished space, but makes for a great big playroom or rec room! However, you could easily talk me into finishing it as well if you wanted me to ;).
