My wife and I have lived on the street for over 25 years. We love the Finely Mill, its beautiful gardens, their restaurant overlooking the waterfall, and the Coffee House. Almost every day from Spring through Fall we walk the Mill sidewalks, and sometimes the Park. And the Park: You can walk your Kayak's, or drive your trailered fishing boat, to the launch ramp just across the iconic Finely River Bridge just 200 feet from your front door. There are a large variety of events in the Park: The annual balloon glow and fireworks, the 600 booth craft fair in the fall, the Rodeo, Mule Days, car shows, the annual Duck Race, etc. There are happy sounds of people playing in the soccer and baseball fields, the horse arena for the saddle club, the play ground for kids/grand kids, and pavilions for large family gatherings. All available with a 2 minute walk. Deer and Turkeys come down from the wooded hill side at the end of your back yard, often crossing our street (3 of the neighbors leave out corn for them to eat)! On the front side of you home you have the most exotic parts of Ozark (the Park & the Mill). On the back side you live next to a hillside with forest animals that are almost pets, and beautiful sunsets. It's an awesome combination! The previous tenants (who were there 7 years), sub-rented a 3rd room that has a private front and back entrance, using a portable heater and window air conditioner. That room could be ideal for an older child or friend, or an office with private entrance, but note it doesn't have it's own bathroom (although there is an attached work room that might be transformed).
