Beautiful character in a home that needs attention. All the charm of this two story home awaits it's new owners. Hardwoods were redone a few years back. The description will change weekly as we purge, clean and refresh each area. This weeks focus is the gorgeous foyer, living room with fireplace leading to a step up dining area...also referred to as the sunroom by the owner. Due to mobility issues owners may need to be present occasionally. There are a lot of areas that need cosmetic attention and updates but they are just too overwhelming for this chapter of life. 24 hours notice would be appreciated.
