The front room has workout equipment for those who are health conscious. The River Park neighborhood is friendly, with easy access to the Crosstown Expressway, US Highway 1, I-95, east and west Port St Lucie, Tradition, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, and Stuart. There are also walking and biking paths near and over the St Lucie River north fork. The house is one to two miles from the public pool, grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacies, and other stores and restaurants. A Bengal cat lives in the house, and a well behaved, house-trained small dog (under 20 pounds) is allowed upon approval, but no reptiles are allowed.
