The counter tops won't be installed until the 1st- 2nd week of October. As soon as they're installed the unit will be ready for move in. The building has free laundry in the basement, free storage, a huge front porch, spacious rooms, a separate nook for a small office and pantry off of the kitchen. There is also 1 off street parking space included in the rent. There is ample parking on 8th St NE if there is a 2nd vehicle or guests. Water and trash is included in the rent. The monthly income needs to be 3x the monthly rent, have at least one year of positive rental history, good credit history, and no unlawful detainers or evictions on record. This unit is smoke free and pet free. This unit will be under renovations during the month of September, but will be available for showings during that time.
