Smart TVs in in two of the 3 rooms . 1 queen bed in master and 1 full bed under a bunk bed in second room. Then one trundle bed and crib in third room with two memory foam twin mattresses . We are dog friendly. Fire Pit and BBQ in backyard perfect for gathering together. Also a half court basket ball court . All utilities and high speed WiFi are paid by owner. Home is fully furnished . There is no garage as that has been converted to a studio that we rent to screened travelling nurses.
