Grassy area with picnic table look out onto the lake, and the beach has 7 yards of new sand. The seasonal dock is 108' and the water is about 4' deep at the end of the dock. Lake has aquatic plants (seaweed) but is still nice for swimming. Guests can use 4 kayaks, 3 SUPs and a covered paddleboat. Sand toys, life jackets, extra chairs will be in the garage. Quiet small neighborhood. Many homes here are seasonal and not used much. Others are full time residents. Northern Shores of Ore Association has just 26 houses. There is one common lot, 3 lots to the west that can be used by guests. The land just north of us is not developed. Very dark skies at night, good for star gazing. Hammel, Mohican and Branch are all tree covered dirt country roads. Branch Drive is only two blocks long. Consequently, we have very little traffic in our small neighborhood.
