This unit was just remodeled. It is a nice unit. Looking for someone long-term with a good work history and rental check. I don't run evictions. If you have had evictions, I will consider you, but it may require 2x the deposit. Tenant pays for ALL utilities. Some utilities will be in landlord name, but tenant will pay monthly to landlord for those utilities. Section 8 Preferred, but if no qualified section 8 tenant, will consider private pay.
