FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. Both you and your pups will love the proximity to the Carolina Beach State Park that has lost of trails to explore! You'll find yourself on the beach in no time, especially if you take advantage of a local golf cart rental or purchase a week long parking pass from the town. Everything you want to do on Pleasure Island is ready for your enjoyment. As you enter into the foyer of the property, garage access for storage is located on the right. There is one bedroom with a two queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. This room also has access to an outside patio and fenced in yard. The second floor of the property is comprised of the kitchen, dining, and living areas with a half bathroom. The kitchen has a standard coffee maker and an espresso machine! The living room has a shuffleboard (Allergy Alert: This product contains walnut powder) and bubble hockey for game nights! The third level has the remaining two bedrooms. The first bedroom you arrive at has a Queen bed. There is a hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The hallway to the primary bedroom houses the laundry closet. Once in the primary bedroom, you will find a King bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. The en suite has a double vanity, single shower, and soaking tub. Centrally located not far from the Snow's Cut Bridge and close to the State Park. You'll enjoy the Thursday Night fireworks at the Boardwalk, Movies at the Lake on Sundays, and our famous Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. If you still want more, take a short drive down to Fort Fisher for some exploration of the battlefield and a leisurely visit to the NC Aquarium. For the adventurous, you can drive out onto the beach at Freeman Park if you bring your 4x4 vehicle.
