Some bills paid. I only have to pay for electricity and trash. My bills have been as low as 50$ and as high as 90$. Move in December 26th. Also, I have already paid for 1 pet to be allowed in the unit. Total rent is 609 per month. Laundry facility on sight. 1 bed 1 bath. Central heat and air. Lease company really good at replacing air filter, pest control, and responding to fix things. Incredibly, and surprisingly, quite area. Only 40$ needed for application fee (I am willing to out this for you). Tenant pays electricity and trash
