It will be your home, no restrictions, but you will be held accountable for any damage. A pet deposit of $100 is to be made for any pets inside the home. A year lease, can be renewed. There is a $30 app fee. Each person 18 and older who will be living in the home must fill out the application and pay the $30 fee. Tours will only be done after you apply and are accepted.
