This studio is 500 sq ft but don't let the square footage fool you, this beautifully renovated attached studio has a very large living area with a king size bed, a huge walk in closet and tons of kitchen cabinetry. The kitchen and bathroom are combined in a surprising way that is very user friendly and accommodating. The shower is a good size and has hot water from an electric heater so it never runs out. There is also a completely separate toilet room. It is divided from the front house by a laundry room (which blocks noise very well) that both residences have access to. My wife and I live in the front unit but we are quiet and are very experienced with giving people their privacy. Along with having been a full time residence for several happy renters it was also an air bnb with all 5 star reviews and has more than enough space to comfortably house 1-2 people. It is fully and tastefully furnished and outfitted with everything you could want to enjoy relaxed beach living, or we are happy to remove any furniture and you are more than welcome to decorate it and make yourself home. In addition to its separate entrance It also features sliding glass doors that lead to a spacious, shaded fenced in private backyard, equipped with a hammock and picnic area and remote lighting. The living area of the studio is flooded with natural light when the high end plantain shutters are open, which are on every door and window. Has its own designated central air that has just been updated. Complete with an alarm system. Flat fee of 100 for all utilities. The shared laundry room will have set days that are negotiable. There is a designated parking area in front of the home for tenant. The driveway and front yard is for owner use only and the private Backyard is reserved for tenant, with the exception of upkeep. Pest control and yard maintenance are also included. We are looking for someone who enjoys serene beach living so large parties or excessive nighttime noise are not permitted. We require 1 year minimum lease with a first month and deposit upon move in date. 1 indoor cat will be accepted. No smoking is permitted.
