This is a great starter home for a small family. There are granite counters in the eat-in kitchen. There is a pass through window looking into the living room. The living room is cozy with a corner gas fireplace, which heated the home very thoroughly during the 2020-2021 winter storm power outages. The master bedroom is a good size and has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. This home has a fenced backyard with a dog run area. There is also a large swing set. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. The home is directly across from an apartment complex, but we have never been bothered by any related noise or problems (and this actually provides additional parking for our guests). We planted a cherry blossom tree in the front yard in 2020 which should be beautiful as it grows larger.
