Does not include utilities--all utilities including water, sewage, heat/AC, internet, etc. are responsibility of tenant. Rent is $1600/month 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home, great for students or families! Moderate 15-minute bike ride to campus/downtown or short drive to Hamburg/I-75. One mile from the MET which includes a coffee shop, restaurant, and other stores. Perfect location for medical interns and residents or graduate students that travel home on the weekend but need a quick commute to campus during the week. NOTE: There is a room on the second story that technically could be a 4th bedroom if you'd like. It is small and I used it as my office but it has been used as a bedroom in the past. A queen size bed fits but it doesn't leave room for much else. A full or twin would be perfect. No pets. Private, fenced in back yard with small patio. Sorry, no smoking, including vaping. It just does too much damage. Also, I added some photos so you can get an idea for what it looks like. These photos are what it looks like now, but upon your move in it will be empty as all furniture and other belongings will be gone. Master bedroom is on the first floor with its own connected bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. The "bonus room" is upstairs as well that can be used as a very small bedroom, office, or whatever you'd like. As said before, I used it as an office and I loved it.
