Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath for guests. The back yard has a covered patio too! It's a month to month lease, if you move out before 9 months you forfeit the deposit, so it sort of makes it a 9 month lease. People then assume after 9 months the rent will go up, but that's not typically the case. It all depends on rate increases for taxes, insurance and other expenses. Application fee is $41/person over 18. Tenant pays for all utilities against the property except water runoff.
