Furnished or Unfurnished - Your Option. We love our home, but we'll be living in Europe for at least a year. We are looking for responsible tenants who will love it as much as we do! The home was recently remodeled with beautiful quartz countertops, laminate floors, tile bathrooms, and open-concept floorplan with high ceilings and lots of glass. The front yard is a low-water "desert garden," and the views from the backyard are of Cowles and the Fortuna mountains. The backyard has plenty of privacy and is good for grilling, sunning, and relaxing. If you like hiking, trail-running, rock-climbing, or mountain biking then you'll really like the location. The house is a short walk to the Mission Trails Park visitor's center, and the Cowles mountain trailhead is also nearby. Plus Mission Trails Golf Course and Lake Murray (with its jogging path) are only a couple of miles away. By car we are only 10-15 minutes to North Park, Kensington, or La Mesa; 20 minutes to downtown; and 25 minutes to the Airport, La Jolla, or the Beaches. Just up the street is a grocery store, coffee shop, hardware store, and cute breakfast place. We will leave our appliances here for you to use: Nice stainless-steel oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge (with great water filtration) and top-of-the-line Whirlpool washer & dryer. Everything is new and energy- and water-efficient. Optionally - if you want to rent the house partially- or fully-furnished, we can work out an arrangement.
