This lovely studio is situated in a beautiful, quiet country setting 7 minutes from the Southworth Ferry and 20 minutes from Bremerton and Tacoma. The studio, located over a detached garage, is furnished with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, dishes, toaster, microwave, oven and refrigerator. There is a deck in the front and back of the studio so the views can be enjoyed and there is parking for 2 cars below the studio. Wifi is provided. Banner Forest is across the road with trails for biking or hiking. We live on the property but respect the complete privacy of our renters. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. If you have a pet, we would require that they be fully house trained and that they do not harm furniture or property. Smoking is allowed on the decks but not inside.
