We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels. Terms and Conditions: 1. The rent price may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We only accept long-term rentals of 30 days or more. For more details on pricing, please refer to the Rates & Payment Details section in the listing description. 2. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. 3. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. 4. Pool and Spa: Tenant will have full control over pool and spa features, including heating. Early check-in at 1 PM ($200) and late check-out at 2 PM ($200) are available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 7. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 8. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed on the property. 9. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($200/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 10. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750. 11. Any missing or damaged linen, towels, or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
