    Absolutely Gorgeous 3 Bed/2Bath Cape Cod in Jenkintown Borough! This 1920 beauty had a complete restoration in 2019 and stylish upgrades in the remaining years. The home looks like a showroom (without the obnoxious salesperson). The living room has nicely finished hardwood floors and an elegant yet cozy fireplace (gas). The kitchen is absolutely lovely (no really) with natural stone countertops, brick look tile floor a convenient well-sized island, a dining area and a walk-in (or out) pantry or larder ( you can keep lard in the pantry but you shouldn't keep pants in the larder. well, do whatever you want once you buy it.) Through french doors the kitchen leads us to the the circular flagstone patio with manicured lawn and gardens (The fenced yard is perfect for that dog you treat as a child or the child you treat....well anyway, it's fully fenced). As mentioned in the headline there are 3 bedrooms, all of a good size but not all on the same floor, oh no... one is on the first floor or ground floor, if you will. There's also a stunning bathroom on this floor which can be used for all the normal functions and features a walk-in (or dance-in, if youre nimble) shower. Up the stairs (carefully please) we encounter another full bat, even more stunning than the first but this time with a slightly less danceable tub shower combo. Both upstairs bedrooms are a very good size and boast (that's right, they boast) stellar views from the dormer windows. There is an unfinished but clean and dry basement with laundry and storage. All joking aside, this home was completely gutted during the renovation from plumbing to electric, insulation etc. There's a detached garage with electric door. 3 cars fit in the driveway and there's a door from the driveway to the kitchen. Great house with nothing for you to do but keep the plants alive.
