Waterfront on Lake Dunlap (Guatalupe River). Private dock with a hot tub and a screened in porch to keep the bugs away. It's a small cozy cabin but a lot of fun. Two bedrooms and one bath. It's humble, fresh tile in the shower and shower hardware but it's mostly about being on the river and it is absolutely not luxury. That said it's a great place to relax after work or even better if you can work from home on the lake. We'll leave a kayak for you to paddle around in as well. Completely furnished, brand new TV mounted on the wall, possible to remove beds if needed. Some flexibility on lease terms so feel free to ask, might be able to do longer / shorter etc. Lease term negotiable. Discount if it ends by Feb 1st. Renter pays water / power / trash / internet if wanted. Hot tub chemicals / water can be maintained by renter or service paid by renter. No sewer, it's septic. No smoking indoors, screened porch is fine. Renter responsible for yard work, mower / weed whacker available and the work isn't extensive.
