We recently purchased this house and plan to fully remodel later this year; hence the 1 month rental term. The apartment is clean and was well taken care of but as you can see in the photos the unit it is a bit out-dated. The rental price is 1300 (+200 for utilities) is for the unit in it's current condition. The kitchen and bathroom are dated; the carpeting has been updated - but this rental price for 3bd in this location is a great deal. There is only one bathroom it is a jack-and-jill configuration so this apartment is more ideal for two roommates or a small family. This 1050 sqft unit comes with two parking spot in the garage. The washer and dryer hook-up is located off the kitchen. There is a small patio off of the kitchen. We will charge a fix monthly amount (200) for utilities (gas electric internet trash sewer and water). One-Month Rental
