hi. im looking for i occupant and the lease must be for 1 year or more. the room i have for rent is in pretty quiet area. its blocks from toll road and about 20 minutes from D.C. its an old house that is slowly being fixed my myself and others. im very easy to get along with, very sociable. there is a large area for storage and a washer and dryer in the basement. eat in kitchen. family room with t.v. and computer. central heat and air and the room comes with a private bathroom. there is large closet space and i plan to put in a small fridge if tenant wishes not to share the one in the kitchen. living room with french doors for quiet and privacy and a fireplace. non-smokers please. i have 2 mini-chis and they do bark, sometimes a lot whenever someone comes in the house. they are loving and friendly once they get to know you and before long theyll feel right at home sitting on your lap. Im a young 64 year old who is open to anyone who is responsible with a job and car. please, no pets. Im definately open to a woman in the middle of her life looking for a friendly and homey place to live. if interested, and i hope that you will be, please contact ASAP. also close to metro and bus lines. you will have your own parking space. please understand that i have been burned in the past by other roommates so i will be very cautious and you should be too. hoping to speak to you soon. if you wish to call.
