THIS IS A MOBILE HOME FOR RENT. 2 bedroom 2 bath. all electric. appliances are included. washer and dryer too. carpet through out the rest of it. it is very nice and spacious. has open floor plan from kitchen and dining area to the living room. ceiling fan in living room. rather large deck at front door. it's in the county/country so it has it own water well and septic system. so no bill for either. we provide the curtains through out on all windows. it's very energy efficient. It has a 2 car parking pad. We cut the grass, as it is next door to my home. It is really close to Walmart and such. You must see to appreciate it. no smoking, no pets. private and very safe
