Local beach passes included, and a half mile walk gets you to the neighborhood beach on the west bay. Perfect neighborhood for kids, and the community events are better than any town we've seen. Hardwood floors, fireplace, 2 car garage and plenty of additional driveway and side yard for parking or boat storage. Plenty of basement storage. Easiest 3 mile commute to Newport with a relaxing drive over the iconic Newport bridge, without the Newport stop lights and tourist traffic. Living in Jamestown is wonderful.
