I loved living here for several decades. Only selling for economic reasons. Built in the gold rush era, so of course it's not perfect, and will always need some TLC. But everything works, the roof has never leaked, good bones! It has a great workshop and carport in the back and lots of room for gardening and outdoor BBQ, etc... The yard, lot, and location are unparalleled. The only parcel on the block with driveway access to the back of the lot off of Garden Gulch Street. Room to park several vehicles, even an RV or Boat off the street behind a locked gate. The neighbors have always been great, all but one house on the block are owner occupied or vacation rentals. It is currently rented at $1500/month, which is below the market value here.
