Photos coming! This is a small friendly landlord so he doesn't use floorplans. THey rent by themselves and I haven't taken photos/ videos of this apt. It was formally a dorm so the bedrooms had 2 people living in them with bunk beds and 2 dressers etc . Wasn't photo/ video ready but hey the bedrooms fit a small sofa with bed, dresser have a closet, window etc .. good enough : ) New Construction Beautiful shared ROOFTOP TERRACE on the 13th floor. 6th floor ( elevator building) Large Bedrooms that fit queens, dressers etc Well lit sunny Laundry Room FLEXIBLE SHOWING TIMES: Our office is right around the corner from the building, so we can show from 9am-11pm. I have an awesome two bedroom in a newly constructed building at 81 East 3rd street between 1st & 2nd Ave. One of the tallest buildings around the entire apt has amazing views of the city, and yes ofcourse a lot of light. The apartment has hard wood floors and has internet capability. All BEDROOMS FIT QUEENS sized beds, have a closet and a window, fit dresser and a desk, etc. It's a new building built from the ground up so unlike Stuyvesant town the walls are thick. The apt is 3 short blocks from the F train and quick 4 minute walk to the 6 train. Basically the apt has no issues. All the bedrooms are a nice size. It's not on ave D, it's not above a bar, its not near a hospital or on a strange block. It's actually on a well lit, active residential tree lined street. The area is phenomenal- situated in the East Village walking distance to Gramercy Park, Lower East Side, Soho, NYU are all within walking distance. F, J, M,Z train are minutes away. 6 is 8 minutes away. There is a WHOLE FOODS and a 1 year old YMCA below it with an Olympic sized swimming pool. We are working by phone to save time, go over what fits, figure out facetime or text videos or plan showings. Call me when you are free. Have a wonderful day. Nicholas
