Upstairs there are two large bedrooms (queen beds) with closets, a full bath with clawfoot tub. The basement has a cozy den with a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom that was just added in 2018. Lots of windows in every room, and thermal shades to keep cool/warm. The house has central heating and air conditioning, with a new furnace installed in 2020. Other amenities include dishwasher, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen (2010), updated bathroom, washer + dryer, yard, driveway parking, front porch, covered backyard porch, backyard gardening space, fully furnished, and includes use of kitchen gadgets/appliances. We will also make our river kayak available for use, along with wheels and straps for car transport. The home is set up to be kid-friendly. Utilities included: Internet, trash, recycling and water. Owner also pays for lawn mowing. Owner pays for internet, trash, recycling and lawn mowing. Tenant pays for water, gas, and electric utilities costs (actual use on utility bills). No smoking indoors.
