If a sewer blockage occurs during the lease or is discovered upon lease termination, and the plumber finds inappropriate items blocking the sewer, tenants will be charged the remediation fee. - Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors in good working order will be installed and on the property. Tenant will not remove these devices, and is responsible for maintaining / replacing them if used. - Tenants will notify the landlord immediately in the event of any property damage, incident (leak, burst pipe, etc.), or missing items. Landlord will work with tenant to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Important notices: - NOTICE: This property was built before 1900.
