Our open floorplan flows through the shared kitchen/dining/ & living spaces and features a large sectional couch facing the 60" TV, an 8 person dining room table, and an island bar. A screened in porch will keep the bugs away, while a table for 4 and outdoor loveseat can accommodate all 7 guests outside. Everyone can find a comfortable spot, while still staying in the action. Need some privacy? The 3 bedrooms (4 beds total), 3 baths, and top deck sun patio await. Each bedroom features a smart TV with premium cable channels and full ensuite bathroom. The master bath even has a large soaker tub to relax and unwind in after a hard day at the beach! The garage and carport are large enough to accommodate 2 large cars and a golf cart (rentals available nearby). There is plenty of room for your to store your beach toys safely and securely inside. An outdoor shower was recently installed to help keep the sand and salt where it belongs. Common areas include a community pool and dock with gazebo. There is river access from a long floating dock and ladder. Swim, paddle, and fish within steps of our unit. Mind the oyster beds along the banks, and pay attention to the strong currents! Unfortunately no private boats are allowed, but the Folly Beach public boat ramp is just 100 yards away, and Sunset Cay Marina is nearby offering transient slips. Guest access Our guests will have the entire unit to themselves. They will have access to the community pool and dock with a key supplied at the time of arrival. Rent This unit is available from January 4, 2021 to February 28, 2021. One months rent is $5,000, two months is $9,000.
