Mid term or long term lease acceptable. First months rent plus security deposit due when lease is signed. Maximum of 4 people. No smokers and no pets. Water paid by owner. Electricity paid by tenant. Background and credit check required for all persons age 18 and over. I use TransUnion for that service and they charge $47 per adult.
