    PLEASE READ THE WHOLE INFORMATION PROVIDED. The property is vacant and and will be freshly paint inside. The outside will paint within the next 2 months or earlier. Tile floors thru out the whole house. The bathroom shower was redone . It has ceiling fans thru out the house. the kitchen has stove and refrigerator (no microwave or dishwasher). It has a one car garage. A fence yard. It is a little over one mile to shopping center and about 2 miles from exit 108 of I-4. My property is not under any foreclosure process and I am the owner (please check any property you are renting on property record, Large scam going on with the snow birds going up north). I do not have a problem with pets as long as they are permitted by my insurance company. No Large dogs. I required first and security deposit for a total of $2,500. This is a small home and do not want more three 3 occupants. I do not permit room mates. Anderson is a semi busy street please keep this in mind with small children. Property is on septic system so water bill is lower than on sewer. Just had a new roof and central ac installed within the past year. Also just upgrade the insulation to r-30. please email any information on your selves (no social security numbers) please let me know approximate family income, if any pets, length of lease, total amount of tenants and please specify any children or any information you would like me to know. If you are sending an auto reply from zillow and not sending information I will probably take longer to contact you. The more information you give me the better your of getting this rental. I am picky with my selection for my property. Please done be LAZY. Please supply a phone number I will call back. I should call and ask 8 questions and give you a chance to ask yours. I will be showing to the best 3 candidates only. I will painting the house and the picture should demonstrate the colors of the whole house . I will have the granite counter tops installed on Tuesday and hope to have the house in move in condition by the end of month and ready to rent the first of October. I do not accept section 8. Good luck. owner will pay trash, tenant is responsible for lawn maintence
