Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No visitors are permitted to enter the pool area - this area is for registered guests only for liability reasons there are no exceptions to this. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. -The studio opens directly onto the pool deck which is a shared space so please be aware other guests have access to the pool/pool area. Cancellation Policy: Moderate: 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before your check-in, a 50% refund (minus the service fee) will be provided. No refund will be given if you cancel within 14 days of your check-in. If a lease agreement has been signed, this policy is not refundable.
