600 per room. The rent is not 600 for the whole house. It's PER ROOM Five to six bedroom one and a half bathroom house for rent. It's in east Syracuse close to campus for school in a safe clean neighborhood. House comes with its own private off street parking lot and is equipped with a newish washer and dryer in the basement. There's plenty of space for any student looking for a clean quiet place to live. If you want us to pay utilities we will but the rent will have to be increased some. It's negotiable so just let us know !
