The AC is a window unit on the main level, which stays very cool due to the double-brick walls, window shades & shade trees in the neighborhood. The upstairs has a mini-split AC/Heat unit which keeps it very comfortable year-round. This is a non-smoking property (inside and out). This is a non-pet property.
