There is plenty of on-street parking but you will want to obtain a Residential Parking Permit from the City of Boise to allow you to park outside the 2-hour limit for non-residents. Contrary to what Zillow states (we've tried to get them to fix the error on their end), the garage is not large enough for a modern-day car and is not part of the rented space. The AC is a window unit on the main level, which stays very cool due to the double-brick walls, window shades & shade trees in the neighborhood. The upstairs has a mini-split AC/Heat unit which keeps it very comfortable year-round. This is a non-smoking property (inside and out). This is a non-pet property.
