There is virtually no crime in the neighborhood, it is quiet, minimal traffic flow, and the neighbors are top notch. All the above features, yet we are located just over 1 mile and less than 5 minutes from the major shopping centers such as Wal-Mart, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
