You couldn't ask for a better neighborhood. There is a mix of age groups, it has 3 parks (1 public & 2 church) located within easy walking distance, close to elementary school. There is virtually no crime in the neighborhood, it is quiet, minimal traffic flow, and the neighbors are top notch. All the above features, yet we are located just over 1 mile and less than 5 minutes from the major shopping centers such as Wal-Mart, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
